Requested managerial assistance however this was declined as they are unable to transfer calls to management. Reply’s include “we are looking into it’ ‘we are working on it’ to being placed on hold only to have the customer service agent then go offline for the day. Via countless calls and emails to the customer support /service department it appears they are unwilling to assist. Still have not received the voucher which stated would be emailed within 24hrs. Purchased an online voucher on the 3 December 2021 as a gift.
